Lillyana Anderson is a local actress whose passion for performing began at a young age. She got her start at the very Culpeper State Theater where she is now proud to return as a director and leader.
Dedicated to fostering local talent, Lillyana has always envisioned a community theater where people can explore and nurture their creative gifts. When asked to lead the theater department for Windmore, she enthusiastically said yes—and has since made a remarkable impact.
Her recent direction of A Christmas Carol became the most successful production at the theater since 1984, cementing her reputation for excellence and vision. Lillyana is thrilled to continue this journey, inspiring artists and audiences alike, and making the community proud of its vibrant State Theater.

Laura Aylor serves as one half of Windmore’s directing team and brings over 15 years of theatrical experience, including four years directing community productions like Pride and Prejudice, Murder on the Orient Express, Shrek the Musical, and Shakespeare in Love. You may also have seen her on stage in A Christmas Carol, Arcadia, or as the voice of the Dragon in Shrek the Musical.
